Business Case Essentials Training And Workshop - This training is for those who want to effectively use business cases to evaluate and compare initiatives as part of a business decision making process. A business case practice increases objectivity and brings order to an organization's process for deciding how to get the best return on investment for capital and cash expenditures. Depending on your needs a business case can be as simple as a cost benefit analysis, as complete as a multiyear study that includes strategic alignment, cash flow analysis and time value of money metrics, or anything in between.

 

Best practices accumulated from practical experience and research are applied to the client's existing process.

 

Business Case Essentials can be delivered in support of an existing business decision making process or it can be a training component of new or enhanced process. The Cistek Group always tailors Business Case Essentials to meet specific client objectives. For example, a primer on financial metrics can be included based upon participant need.
