| Some of the time when prospective clients contact us requesting help on pricing, they have already implemented value pricing but it has not worked, i.e. the average net price to the customer has not improved. Of course these are marketers of value-added solutions where value pricing sets the price in proportion to the value the customer receives which almost always should yeild a net price improvement. | About 20 times per year I find myself asking the question "Why would anyone want to be president of the United States?" The problems that each president inherits are always daunting and then there is the loyal opposition that regardless of persuasion always seems to put party before country. George Washington was the first to warn us about polictical parties. He was concerned precisely about putting party interests above the country's interests. Obama has already aged dramatically. George W. and all the presidents of my lifetime seem to age more aggressively than their years in office in office should warrant. Thankfully, there never seems to be a lack of people willing to take on the job. As for me, if nominated I will not run. If elected I will not serve . . . as if this is a problem I would ever have to face. | ||||||
