Risk Assessement Consulting Services - Cistek consultants draw from a variety of methods and tools to help you assess the risk of an initiative or business opportunity. Examples of services are:
- Identify - Drawing from experience developed over numerous initiatives across many industries, Cistek can help you identify areas of risk that should be included in an assessment.
- Estimate - Simular-case comparison, subject matter expertise, and when applicable benchmarking are all techniques that Cistek can facilitate to develop calibrated estimates of uncertain program parameters.
- Quantify - A variety of methods and tools are used by Cistek to quantify the financial impact of uncertainty inherent in the benefits and costs of an initiative including, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and monte carlo simulation.
- Mitigate - Once the financial impact is understood, Cistek consultants can facilitate plans to reduce the uncertainty of high impact variables and suggest metrics for monitoring risk as the initiative is implemented and deployed.
Risk Assessement Consulting Services are offered alone or as a part of Cistek's Integrated Value Approach program. For example, a risk assessment can be completed prior to conducting Practical Risk Assessement Training and Workshop so that it can be incorporated into the training as a company specific example. |
